MLC500 or MLC-500 Inductor & Capacitor Meter

I'm looking for anyone who has this meter or knows anything about it.
I also would like to get the software that was missing in my shipment, but the Chinese  seller doesn't respond to any emails... That is how it goes!

If I'm not leaving this in appropriate place, please forgive me, this is my first time here.
