It could be that the unit now just needs calibration after this repair, but according to the service manual this needs to be performed automatically over GPIB with a Agilent 3458A. This is not something I have or want to buy, so I am “hoping” something is still broken…   :-//

the GS is adjusted by 3458A with its built-in program automatically. i believe your local Yokogawa service center can do the job.
a pair of output modules might be defective along with analog board which you suspect.

Yeach, I am sure they can, but that will be way to expensive if I see the quote for the serivce manual and defect evaluation. So far I have been using the unit now as is, maybe one day I will buy a 3458A myself to perform the calibration...
