Advantest Spectrum Analysus R3267

Hello all,

I've got an Advantest R3267 spectrum analyser and it's giving the INSERT SYSTEM DISK upon powering on.  Presumably the application software is missing/corrupted.  Is there anyone who has the software? 

Any information from anyone owning an R3267?
