i have a chance to get one of these for $450. i dont really NEEEEED it, but seems like a good deal compared to what ive seen them going for. has 2 batteries, he says they may or may not hold a charge. ac adapter, car adapter, various probes and cables (including the cable to connect it to a computer) does its own data logging, which could be nice?........

worth it, or pass it up?
