Curious to figure out who manufactured three multimeters I've had kicking around for years.

The pocket-size analog one branded Mastercraft would have been purchased at Canadian Tire, best guess being sometime in the 1980s. It has no model or catalog number on it. Was Colluck supplying Canadian Tire that far back?

The old Selfix model 5785 looks similar to other brands I've seen from maybe as far back as the 1960s. It was imported from Japan by the former Perfect Manufacturing & Supplies Corp. of Montreal.

The Circuit Test model DMR-2250 3½ digit multimeter is likely from 1996, imported by RP Electronics of Burnaby, BC, Canada. Many Wavetek 'Meterman' made-in-Taiwan designs from that period appear to be built very similar.

Thoughts on OEMs, anyone?   :-DMM
