Rigol 1054Z - Logic Probes possible?

Hi all,
I'm not sure I understand if the 1054Z is capable of using the Logic Probes on the front mount?
According to the website, rigol.eu the RPL1116 : Standard logic probe for MSO1000Z. Upgrades a DS1000Z Plus or DS1000Z-S Plus to an equivalent MSO. Includes front panel labels with MSO model number. Only works with the Plus models or as a replacement part for the MSO1000Z models.

So, the 1054Z doesn't have logic option? Do I have to get necessarily a 1074Z Plus for it to work?

Anyone have luck using probes with the 1054Z? Is it a matter of the hardware not being installed? I can't remember off hand Dave's teardown video. Or is it software?

No.

You need one with the extra connector on the front. The 'Plus' versions have that, also the "MSO" versions.
