I might be able to score a Tektronix TLS 720 Logic Analyzer with TLA 7N4 plugin for 136 channels(with 8 x P6417 probes) and a TLA 7PG2 Pattern Generator Module (with 4 x P6470 TTL/Cmos probes).
What I am worried about is the software - as far as I understand it the latest version of Tektronix' TLS Software to support the 720 is 4.4, and that I cannot find on tek.com
Would it be possible to get this software somewhere else in case of a faulty harddrive or similar?
Is this behemoth even worth considering buying or is it too old to be really useful?
At least I think it looks cool
