Siglent SPD3303X: Slight negative voltage when outputs are off

I recently received a new Siglent SPD3303X power supply and after running through some initial tests I noticed something odd: when the unit is on but the outputs are off, I'm measuring a negative voltage of -14 mV on CH1 and CH2, but CH3 measures 0 V as I would expect. Those measurements were taken on a Fluke 117 DMM using its included probes. I contacted Siglent about this and they stated that the unit is not defective and a negative voltage is expected in this situation. My question for you all is: how concerned should I be about this? Under what scenarios could that negative voltage be problematic? I'm new to electronics and not sure what's normal when it comes to bench power supplies.

in my opinion, you souldn't be too concerned.
On linear power supplys without relays on the output this behavior is pretty nomal.
My SPD3303X does the same.
When i short the outputs with a 50 Ohm Resistor, the voltage drops to -0.6 mV already.
I dont think, that any commonly used circuit will be damaged from this.
