help! how to insert a pic

i am a new user, and want to creat a new post, but i do not how to insert the photos, every time when i choose the mona lisa, it will show , how can i do.

Under the box where you type the text you have a   [ + ] Attachments and other options   ... click on the + or the text and you have there a place where you can  put pictures that will be uploaded along with your message.

After you post the message, you can go back to it, copy the image links from the footer and then edit your post and put the links between  tags.
