(ask) recommended place to buy zeroplus LAP-C

hello everyone,

i am about to buy an original zeroplus LAP-C (16 channels) but i am unsure as to where to buy it...i would extremely prefer to avoid places like e(vil)bay and chinese online shop for this because i have been scammed once on e(vil)bay on my very first purchase on that site and if i want to buy something above 75 dollars from chinese online store, it tends to never arrive to my place, so is there anyone here who can recommend a good place to buy it?  any response is appreciated, thx before

i have checked some of websites mentioned in there and looks like most of them are not really an online shop, and the rest of them are local online shop which won't accept order overseas..
