They make a device capable of this, it's called the Red Pitaya. It runs Linux on a dual core ARM Cortex A9+ with a Xilinx Zynq 7010 SoC FPGA. It's capable of two channel output at 50 MHz @ 125MSa/s. Cost is $238.80 USD.
