Given the enclosure is the same, that would be my guess.

it will be the same, don't be fooled by the 6 1/2 digits of picotest. i was seriously considering to buy the picotest.. 6 1/2 digits for less than 500Eur ? that's a steal right ?... but once you look at the specs... it's not anymore :)

i assume picotest just slightly beefed up the specs of the 5 1/2 digit hardware for keithley and selliing it as 6 1/2 digit.

And Keysight will not go back to OEMing low cost scopes  ;) , they got burned big time.

What didn't work out?

Basically some companies learned some things from us and now are much bigger companies.

Very interesting. Sounds like the automotive industry.
