Rigol DS4000 / MSO4024 Cant get option and bandwidth hack work on this scope...?

Hi,

after hours reading about hacks, i dont get any further..

Got a MSO4024 , with all options pre instaled. Software version 00.02.03.SP2 HW version 1.3

Tried to uppgrade to 500MHz, with no luck. Need that resolution badly.

All codes go in and say options instaled. System Information still say MSO4024..

Anybody got a clue what i do wrong?

Missed that point! I was checking the model nr and it was not changing! But when i checked the options menu it was ok!

Then it's just to add the new sticker on the front !
Rigol did send stickers for all resolutions with the scope.
