Oh boy, the probes that came with my DS1054Z don't quite fit into the "probe tip to BNC" adapters I have. The Rigol's ground sleeve at the tip is somewhat narrower than all the Tek probes I have.
Is this normal? I thought passive probes were all more or less the same WRT to that diameter. This also means I need to keep the "ground springies" separated. |O

There are common sizes but they are not all the same size.
The Tek are 3.5mm probes and I think the Rigol are 5mm
I think these would work for the Rigol on http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009QBFK7C?keywords=oscilloscope%20probe%20to%20bnc%20adapter%205mm&qid=1450637082&ref_=sr_1_fkmr0_2&sr=8-2-fkmr0 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009QBFK7C?keywords=oscilloscope%20probe%20to%20bnc%20adapter%205mm&qid=1450637082&ref_=sr_1_fkmr0_2&sr=8-2-fkmr0)
You might want to measure to be sure
