simlpe circuit that generates 2 pulses at 2 outputs with adjustable delay time?

Delay time should be about 150ns.

I need the circuit to adjust an Agilent 53131A counter (time interval function).
I think, absolute accuracy of the delay circuit will not be a problem, because after adjustment of the counter a verification will be made with calibrated instruments.
