HI, Did you ever manage to find the input module for the TDS 5104?
My 50 ohm input resistor has overheated. I would like to replace it. Do you perhaps have any schematics or picture to show how it can be done. It could be a bit tricky as it should handle the TDS 5104 1 GHz signals.
