Vectorscope app for Android

This post technically involves a piece of test equipment.
When I was browsing for vectorscopes on eBay, I came across a Harris TVM-850-E which the fitted video inputs were entirely digital and can do measurements on a selected video input in the digital domain and display the results like a vectorscope.
Considering this find, I am looking for an Android app which can analyse a live colour image and display the results like a vectorscope.

How would the video stream get into the Android device?

Possible transports:

TCP over WiFi
Bluetooth
Asynchronous serial over a FTDI based USB adapter.

My Sigalent 1204x-e has a mechanism where you can download the trace data from the web interface; Android could certainly grab that too.

Sounds like an interesting project.   The real problem is going to be getting the data out fast enough to provide a rational update rate, and the latency introduced by the time required to transport, then analyze the data.
