Where to Buy Aten scope in China

My buddy is in Shangai. I have been thinking of buying the Aten scope for a long time.
Anyone know a good plane in Shangai to buy these scopes?
Are they cheaper in China compared to the online prices.

There is an electronics market on a street called Beijing Lu, which is very close to the famous Nanjing Lu shopping street.  Thats probably a good place to look.  If your friend speaks mandarin you can probably get a descent price, but as a foreigner they might try to upsell him.  Its probably going to be cheaper with Taobao or other online dealers.
