Brand New SEEK Thermal Compact PRO - Problem

Hello,
Just received a new SEEK Thermal Compact PRO but it I'm having a hard time keeping it running.

It seems it randomly just shuts off WAY too often.    So often it really is hard to use it.

I would say every 20 seconds or so.  Sometimes I will get lucky and it will go for a minute or two, but that's rare.

If I start trying to record video it shuts off even faster.   As if it's a power issue.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Your phone is underpowered, the OTG system can't provide enough current to the device.

I thought that could be it at first as well.

But the phone being used is one on the list of Seek Compatible Phones and it has a new battery.

Is there a way to use an external battery to power the device?

Any reason you're letting out all the vital info out' for users to relate, not least what phone you're having problems on??
And useally the Seek pro aint drawing a lot, like in the 0.250ma ballpark.

No reason.  Just missed it.

But I've since purchased a Galaxy S6 but I haven't tried it with the Galaxy S6 yet.

Roger that.. and sure' give notice when you have tested Seek pro with your new s6, as s3 is quite old fellow.
