Flir One Pro calibration issue (+~50°)

Got Flir Pro Android, show more 50° of actual temp, see pic. Maybe someone meet this issue? I will be grateful for the ideas.

What are the other settings you have for the camera? Emissivity, tref, etc...

I found when see only through optical lens - image is very dark (I too have Flir 2G - optical image is ok). Maybe it's bought lenses issue?

Or maybe have some firmware solution?

I will disassemble it soon maybe it's physical or mechanical problem..

The image looks okay, I would suggest a software issue. Have you tired other apps?
