FLIR T420 Resolution Upgradable?

Was wondering if any of the T series cameras can be hack to 640x480 resolution? Does the T420 have a different sensor than the T620 and up series?

The only T camera that can be upgraded to 640x480 is the T600, which is 480x320, but uses a 640x480 detector.

The T4xx series are already at maximum resolution, but you can turn on more features etc
