Got some questions about Seek Thermal app for Android

I just receive the Seek Compact Pro that I had ordered. Is there any way to disable automatic calibration in the Seek Thermal app, and perform manual calibration (like the FLIR One app allows you to do )? Are you also aware of the glitch for recording video in 4:3 aspect ratio (recording only seems to work in 16:9 aspect ratio)? Is there some hidden settings that might allow me to fix this glitch, without waiting for Seek to fix the glitch in an update for the app? I've already contacted Seek Thermal by email, but I'm hoping you guys might be able to provide some answers here.
