Looks like the same model that was made for Cadillac DeVilles, just slightly altered.
The chopper wheel and window look entirely different though.
The lens looks to be higher quality, no plastic refractive element in the back, just Ge.

If I recall correctly, Honda released this thermal camera package as part of a pedestrian safety system Circa 2004/5. It is a later version of the Raytheon Thermal Eye 300 series cameras. From what I remember the system used two, yes two!, of these cameras feeding video to a target acquisition and identification computer. Very advanced for 2004, but then that is Honda for you. It must have been a very expensive package and these cameras are rarely seen.

The chopper wheel clearly identified this camera as a later development of the original Raytheon camera used on the Cadillac. Nice find

Press release on the Honda technology. The produced image is not as 'clean' as I had expected. Not much better than the Cadillac DeVille cameras.

It just needs 12V in, outputs composite video after a 10-30s warmup.
The pinout can be traced through the board.

I tried powering it up, the chopper wheel spun but nothing showed up, even the CVBS waveform. Unlike the Cadillac ones, it seems that it is an OEM version of L3 G100 Enhanced Vision Camera and its catalog clearly shows that an anti-tamper feature can be added.( http://gpssignal.com/G100%20Brochure.pdf )
Maybe I should wait longer to let it warm up and see if I can get output, but I am a bit worried about if it has anti-tamper feature that I have to do some hacking.

Create a new thread with your unit's details - pictures, your process and the results you're getting.
A general list of parts on the board should also help.

The anti tamper version is identifiable from its part number. (see bottom of brochure). See if your camera has a part number on its label. Anti Tamper was introduced in later car fitments so yours could indeed have this feature for use in multiple markets outside the USA. The camera can have differential or coax video output depending upon model.
