My Flir E4+ does not turn on...

Hello people,
I tried to turn on my camera today but it does not responds to Power button at all.
It worked 3 days ago with not problem.
I put it on charger and the charging icon appears on screen.  When the icon,few minutes later, goes off, by pressing the "Return" or the "Playback" button the icon appears on the screen indicating charging process.  I left it to fully charge to make sure is not a problem with a depleted battery. 
Try again to turn it on but no success.

I connected it to the computer and I can see the internal storage of the FlirE4.  When connected to FlirTools I got all options available but the "connect" does return a green screen from the camera (live view).  I tried to remove the battery for 10 minutes but still no response.

Any ideas on what is going wrong?

I have the same issue with an E5 that worked well.

Yesterday I couldn't turn it off (I finally took out the battery) and now it does not turn on.

I can connect with FTP, flir tools to import pics and charge it.

Did you resolve your problem?

I contacted Flir support and they replaced it.  It was under warranty.
