Flir is bringing a new Exx series (
E53
, E75, E85, E95) to the market:

30 Hz, 17µm bolometer, 3 different lenses (10mm, 18mm, 29mm) with auto-identification
some enhancements: laser controlled autofocus, enhanced resolution (up to 464x348) and better MSX

Old news - well the E53 isn't!
FYI these use a 640x480 detector but are crippled via firmware. Using new Linux OS so harder to hack.
