NEWBIE neds HELP with E4 HELP ME

Hello Folks
My name is Jim and I just joined..

I recently bought a FLIR E4 and would love to be able to update it to new E8 like software resolution and menu.
I'm pretty handy with 01Here is the version of software it has..i believe it has never been updated.

It is an E4 1.1L
part 63901-0101
Software 1.22.0
can someone point me to the step by step tutorial please
