Need help broken firmware by a Flir Tau 640

Hello,

I have a Flir Tau2 640 (46640001X) in the 8.3Hz version. The camera core is from a Flir E-Series (PL-626E). Unfortunately, due to a firmware update using unsuitable firmware, the Tau core is no longer functional. Do you happen to have a firmware that can restore functionality to my Tau core? I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
