Wow.
He was a powerhouse in the S100 world. i talked to him after a lecture he did on the s100 systems at the Philly computer show in I believe 1978. He was not only a really good engineer, but also a excellent salesman. I ended up buying a s100 backplane and whole lot of boards from him. The S100 system from him allowed me to experiment with all kinds of interface circuits. I had a great time.
The products he sold were built with a quality that I feel was second to none. They were great products by a person that really loved his work and designs.
RIP Bill, thanks for the memories.
