sWTPC 6800 and CT-64 terminal

Who here has one of these or knows how to troubleshoot them?
I bought a CWTPC 68000 and CT-64 terminal that I am trying to troubleshoot and get to fully running condition again.
Right now the Terminal seems to have a vertical sync issue.
