Hi,

I am currently looking for an internship in Germany in anything EE related.

I'm trying all the big companies (Bosch, Hp, PwC, Keysight...etc).

If anyone has any experiences to share regarding an internship in Germany, that would be a massive help!

I would like to do this from Nov 2017 until the end of Feb 2018.

My interests:
Embedded Systems
PCB Design
Anything manufacturing.
(I am open to almost anything..except Mining).

The internship is not part of my University assessment or Thesis..etc. I am looking a place to practice my German and increase my knowledge outside of the Uni course.

Basic info:
-Degree in IT (Software focused)
-Adv Diploma in CS
-4 working experience in Software (C# ASP.net, PHP, Python) in Germany, Stuttgart.
-28 year old Australian.
-German Language C1

Much appreciated! Danke schön!

Which geographic location do you want to be in? Or does it not matter?

What subject is of particular interest to you?

Is the internship part of your university education? This is important because there are different processes/laws in force then and I know companies who will only do internships for students.

Hello,

when looking only at BOSCH:

https://www.bosch-career.de/web/de/bewerben/jobsearch/-/cui/extsearch/ZRB_PSRCH_DE

250 internships alone for software development + research (Forschung und Vorausentwicklung).
(Autonome driving and Industry 4.0 have a large demand for software developpers).

So you should be able to find something.

With best regards

Andreas

If it is still valid and you consider Munich then you can try at AES (Aerospace Embedded Solutions).
I know they are hiring electronic engineers and also have some interns on board. Details on http://www.aesolutions.de/

Cheers,
Pawel
