Title: Senior PCB Designer is open for your tasks
Post by: AlexanderPanov on April 10, 2019, 12:17:13 am
Hello everyone.
I am PCB designer with 10 years work experience.
My skills:
1) Experience using Altium Designer, Xpedition PCB and SolidWorks.
2) Experience with layout of high density/high speed/RF, multilayer boards with blind/buried vias, rigid-flex and aliminium base boards.
3) My projects contained different interfaces (PCI-express, HDMI, Ethernet and etc.), DDR, 0.4mm-pitch packages, and boards with up-to 18 layers and 10000 pins.
4) Knowledge of EMI considerations for PCB Layout, IPC standards, PCB manufacture and assembly process.

I am looking for removal partial job and ready for:
- Creating electronic library symbols, geometry, footprints etc. per IPC standards.
- Routing complex PCB
- Design 3D models of components and assemblies of boards for mechanical integration.

What is the lowest layer count PCB with DDR2/3 you've every routed? Can you put 32 bits DDR3 on a 4 layer board and have it pass signal integrity at 1066MT/s?  >:D

Alexander did a comprehensive review of my PCB and wrote down everything what needs to be fixed, and what could be improved, answered dozens of my questions with visual examples and references. He's very experienced engineer and do his job very fast. I highly recommend him!

Update:
I just soldered the PCB and I'm very happy with a result, all the issues were addressed and a lot of improvements were done. It blows my mind how well this board performs now.

Alexander completed a GPIO board for us with great success answering many questions for us that are probably outside the normal development cycle for this kind of work.

We will be doing additional boards/designs with him
