Composite molding with 3D printed forms

I have been meaning to give this a go for a small glider fuselage design but time  :palm:

The first video is 3D print direct to product and the second one is print to mold to product.

For Electronics one off contoured forms or even pre insert some knurl nuts to screw bits into it after curing. Or for a twist on this vacuum forming into 3D molds or plugs also works well.

Plenty more on the channel on this sort of process and loads of other composite processes and while a commercial business not to heavy on the buy from me  :-+
