Creality Ender3 V2 Flash Sale UK
« on: July 22, 2021, 08:31:10 am »
Just a heads up to a very good price for a new Ender3 V2  in the UK , supplied direct from Crealitys uk stock, just £170 plus another £5 off for new customers.

Worth checking your local Creality store for other flash sales for other printers or if outside the uk.

Thanks for the 'heads up'.  I already have a Creality Ender 3 Pro (Mk1) but a friend has been looking to get the V2 model for a few weeks and this looks to be good deal.

I ordered one as my current Up Plus 2 developed a USB fault and I can imagine I might take a while to get round to fixing it.

I ordered on 22nd July - just after you posted - and no sign of it yet 11 days later. Tracking says "your parcel will be with us soon". I'm not sure if it's UK stock or not, but don't expect a quick delivery.

Just noticed that the price has gone up and the website now says "UK warehouse starts shipping on August 12", so I'm guessing they sold more than they expected! I'm not in a hurry anyway.

Hi,

Did it arrive ok ?

Ours only took 2 days to arrive  from a UK depot. Ordered 21st arrived 23rd July,  when we ordered and also when we posted the above link their site was showing 100 in stock, though how true that was ??
No idea how long the 'flash sale' had been on for ?
The delivery label to the uk depot  was still on the box we received and it showed our was # 74 of 100, if they took them out in order ?

Yes - it arrived. Delivery by Amazon for some reason.

All seems OK apart from one of the V-wheels on the pre-assembled Y axis when seems to have a crack/defect that means it won't move smoothly. Time to see what their customer service is like...

Thats a shame,  :(    be interested to hear how you get on with a claim from them,  that was our only reservation, though almost all other suppliers are just box shifters and would probably direct you to Creality  anyway ?
Thankfully those V wheels ( and most other parts) are only a few £ and available  from many uk sources if your claim is not delt with promtly.

Do check the printer base  on a level surface, ours was uneven and also check the four bolts on the underside holding the whole Y assembly, a couple were quiet loose.
Also had to shim with card the Z motors plastic mounting block as the screw thread was not vertical,  worked ok, but got a ebay aluminium block made for the job, fitted perfectly square.
