What printer? For the CR6 at least, possibly other Creality printers, they state to NOT use IPA on the textured glass bed just dish soap and water.
This works well for me, just need to take care to not touch the build surface after cleaning with fingers as the oils will reduce adhesion.
As said its a Creality Ender3 v2 , the supplied manual states to clean the bed surface with IPA.
Though had since seen some comments on the web to use soap and water so posted that question in Crealitys forum , but no clear answer ! half saying IPA half soap and water.
So whats a newbie to 3D printing supposed to do, ignore the makers printed manual instructions ??!!

You did say "when cold" but how long did you wait? Usually if you wait long enough the print will pop off the glass by itself.
But I will admit to being impatient and pulling a print off once, ended up tearing out a chunk of glass.
It was a print for 4 feet extenders which took 10 hours and finished in the middle of the night so the bed was stone cold at about 18c when I tried to remove.
Thinking back to some of the small test objects I tried earlier, did one or two with a raft where the raft was at least as big as these feet extenders yet it came off the bed as easy as anything ?
Have just done a couple of Bed Level prints and they seem fine so nothing gone out there ?
