This looks interesting but as he mentioned in the video there would be some things to consider. A special nozzle is needed and the print head can potentially be hitting the print when retracting downward. From my experice it is best to design parts by compensating for the overhang by making a 45 or 60 degree edge. This might be good option for toy doll makers.
