3D STEP bodies showing as rectangle blocks in PCB document

Hi all,

I am having a strange problem. My components all have embedded 3D STEP bodies. However, when I view my PCB file, all the components shows up as rectangle block instead. I am using Altium V21. Can one help and tell me what is wrong? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the reply. But my setting are correct. The 3D bodies are showing, but they are not showing up a the correct 3D model that comes with the component. Everything just appears a rectangle block. It seems like Altium did an extrude instead of using the STEP files from the component.
How can I fix that?

did you open the file with an older version ? this is a knwon issue in 19 and 20. opening a v21 version with v20 or earlier can corrupt the 3d models. reload from library

Try having a look around in the view tab on the side and disable viewing simple bodies or something along those lines.

This has happend to me where some auto generated body covers up your step model
