Anyone facing the same issue? How this could be fixed? Tried to do a clean install, but it doesn't help. I'm on Windows 10 with all the recent updates.

I have the same. I thought it was a Parallels VM bug.
So it is common?

I'm also on Parallels 13 VM. Which version do you use?

So I guess it's due to Parallels VM :( Is there anyone else who also use the Altium on Parallels VM?

select a component
select similar so all components are highlighted
right click a component now and select component actions
update from library.

that will resolve this.

you have a corrupt step file in a library somewhere.

Did you bring in designs from circuitmaker or circuitstudio by any chance ?  that is a known issue.

Similar issues on parallels.
Try messing with colors on the layer panels and thickness on the stack editor.

Proposed solution: Use the software gfxcardstatus to check that your card is set to "dedicated", then reboot windows inside the VM
