AD & Server CAL License Seat to User Ratio

Hey All

With the Aus end of financial year approaching, I have been asked to review (and likely increase) our Altium Designer Enterprise & Altium Enterprise Server CAL license seat count.
So my question is, what sort of seat to user ratio does your organization have, and how well has this been working out?

As for us, we have 26 "active" Altium users, with 16 AD & 20 CAL seats. So, as you can imagine somedays my inbox is flooded with "License Lease was rejected" emails...
