Title: AD18 Keep-Out Layer (Restricted to Layer) Question

Hello,

I have a design done in AD17 in which I was able to place arcs, lines, fills, text and dimensions on the Keep-Out Layer.

Today when I opened the project in AD18, I found that first the dimensions appeared to be in a "Layer not defined" and I could not set it to Keep-Out Layer as it was originally. In addition I was not able to place dimensions, or text to the Keep-Out Layer, as they were automatically assigned to other layers.

Also, I wanted to move an arc from the Keep-Out Layer to one of the Mech. layers, but the only options I get are either Keep-Out, Top and Bottom. Is there a setting to remove this restriction?
