changing mil to mm shortcut

Hi,
when I'm in PCB editor I can press "Q" to change the units to mm and mil, But when I open the rules window, this shortcut would not work! I want to know is there any shortcut so that it can be used to change units in the rules window?

Pretty sure Design Rules take what ever units your PCB is using, so nope?

Use Ctrl+Q inside dialog windows
