Altium Script to Update Single Parameter from Librarys

Hi, I'm looking for a script to go through all the components in a project and update a single parameter to the library version if different.

I know how to do this using the interface but the update from libraries interface is very easy to mess up all of the params and undo my concatenated strings and values that I have set. 
It would be great to simply run script and know they are set correctly?

Anyone familiar with the scripting on Altium?
