Creating Altium Assembly Drawing Layer pairs

Hey,
I tried to make layer pairs for Assembly Drawing as Robert describes in his tutorial https://youtu.be/L36KicrU45Q?t=1415.

I have Altium 20.1.14 and it seems like it does not work. Can anyone help me out here.

Fairly Similar process

Right click on Component Layer Pairs >> Add Component Layer Pair

Give it a name

select the mechanical layer numbers for the top and bottom

and then set the layer type to "Assembly"

These are the pairs I use.
