problem with adding pins to nets and adding component class members

why do i not get Add component class numbers and Add pins to nets checked, while validating changes from my schematics to PCB? everything seems to be correct
i only get the add components checked!
i attached the pdf of that schematics and  a screenshot of Engineering change order window.

Check your component links, and that the correct footprints are present in the PCB.
