Call your Altium sales office.  They can get it fixed.

This one hit a raw nerve.

Good luck getting it sorted out... I understand your frustration.

I have never come across any professional software as rag tag as Altium's licensing and updates. Altium needs to have a long hard look at redesigning its license registration and license server process. Altium has made it all too convoluted. You should not have to do a course, search through a messy website or read a manual to get a bloody license working.

The fact you have to call Altium to get it sorted out proves my point. (Altium's phone support is very good - the person there who has to help sort this out deserves a medal.)

If you have ever installed National Instrument's Labview, their licensing is clear to understand and their product license registration process is easy, simple and hassle free - it's automatic. Altium could learn a thing or two from NI in this regard.
