Hi there,
I'm using in my schematic CD4093 device but I don't know how to connect GND and VCC to this device ?
Thank's for any help.

Look at the component datasheet, check the voltage to use, identify the VCC and GND pins and connect the power supply to them.

It seems that you haven't undersand realy the question.
This is what we do usualy with component, but if you use logical gates, you see that you can place gates one by one.
The question is how to place power pads of this component ?
Try to do it and you will see my problem. :-\

Double click the schematic symbol and select "show all hidden pins"... it will make the schematic look beautiful  :)

Normally Vcc and Gnd pins are hidden. To keep them hidden place GND and VCC power port on the drawing and wire your supply to them. Any power pins named VCC and GND, hidden or not will be connected in the netlist
