Junction points appear (after updating schematic libraries)

I was designing a schematic and PCBs, then i make some changes to the libraries components, when i update from the libraries option, junction points appear on all schematics !, if I make the connection again, the junction points appear automatically!  :palm: i'm going crazy  :scared: ! please someone that can help me !

I think that might be when the grid isn't quite coincident with the component pins. Check that you have a a 0.1" grid and that all components are synced with it.

Press CTRL+Shift+D to align everything on grid.
