Altium SmartPDF Doesn't Export PDF

I have a schematic all layed out, and I run SmartPDF. It runs through all the steps, I hit finish, and it exits quickly with no errors, but no PDF file is at the chosen location. A outjob file is generated however. Is there something I'm missing?

make sure that in the output job setting it says 'project' , not 'sheet '....

The only thing I can think of is that if your not doing it from the output job and running through the smart PDF wizard. If so then are the sheets selected when you get to that screen they should all be blue. Also if you have open PDF after export ticked does it apeare then?
