Channel Offset Errors

I have a sheet where I copied set of components a certain amount of times. Each set of components were assigned a property of ClassName with a unique class name for each set. From the PCB document's classes menu, I created a channel class consisting of all of the sets for which I want to copy room formats.

When I go to copy room formats from one the rest, I receive an error mentioning sequence errors. Any suggestion on how to correct the issue.

I am using version 14.3.

The attached document will explain it very well. Look at sheet 10 and work your way thru... it's pretty easy and takes only a few minutes.
