How to scale down schematics in titleblock in Altium?
« on: January 19, 2014, 08:29:04 pm »
i noticed some parts can almost fill a titleblock leaving very limited space for other circuits and components. how do i scale them down so i can fit more circuit in a titleblock?

Your terminology may be a little off. The titleblock is usually located in the lower right hand corner and has info such as company, sheet x of x, rev number, date etc...
Then you have the border which may or may not have numbers and letters so you can reference the location of object within the schematic.

If you are having difficulty fitting a circuit onto a page you can usually right click on the schematic find the document options an select a larger (or smaller) page

i must put the blame on the professor who didnt teach me about what's title block whats a page, he only taught me about a title block (err, a page) that will print 1:1 on printer. i tried your method and an A3 page prints just fine on an A4 paper, so consider problem solved, thanks! what a workflow.
