How to change my pad to this shape in the PCB design part?(I don't want to...

Hey guys
My pad on PCB is like this:



But I want to change it to this in the PCB design part and I don't want to redesign/modify its footprint:



I tried to modify it by double click on the pad and changing some-things but couldn't do this. any trick/way ?
